High School Holds Curriculum Fair and Programming Night

East Rockaway Junior-Senior High School held its annual Curriculum Fair and Programming Night on Jan. 19.

The evening’s purpose was for parents and students to learn about graduation requirements and explore different elective course offerings in preparation for the programming process. Director of Guidance Mona Hecht began the meeting with a comprehensive presentation on the entire high school experience, including information on course requirements, assessments and considerations for the college planning process.

Students also prepared creative presentations on one of their favorite courses to help motivate and inspire others to become interested in them.
