The artwork of East Rockaway Junior-Senior High School students Cassie Araujo, Marissela Gomez and Grace Riordan will be displayed in the Congressional District High School Art Exhibition hosted by the Adelphi University Exhibitions Program. The students’ artwork will be exhibited in the Adelphi Art Gallery located in the Ruth S. Harley University Center from May 30 through June 5.

The winner of the competition will have their work displayed for an entire year at the U.S. Capitol. This year, the competition includes a People's Choice Award. The artwork that receives the most “LIKES” by June 4 will be honored with the People's Choice Award and will be displayed in New York’s 4th Congressional District office in Garden City. All of the artwork has been posted on Rep. Kathleen Rice’s Facebook page. Please “LIKE” the students' artwork and share the album to help spread the word.
