Junior-Senior High School senior Spencer Senzon had the wonderful opportunity to perform at this year’s NYSSMA All-State Conference in Rochester, New York. 

Spencer was one of 35 students selected to perform as a Tenor 1 in the Mixed Chorus Ensemble. During the course of three days, students from across the state rehearsed for more than 25 hours in preparation for the final performance. 

At the conference, the mixed chorus worked with nationally recognized composer Jake Runestad. In addition, they also gave a performance at the Kodak Hall at Eastman Theater, under the direction of the esteemed conductor Dr. Jerry Blackstone.
