Students and families participated in the district’s ENL Parent University event to learn about technology options and ways to help their children excel.
The night kicked off with interactive group workshops that demonstrated how to support students at home and how to use technology platforms available to support language acquisition and student success.
Families then dined together in the cafeteria, which allowed Rhame, Centre and Junior-Senior High School administrators, teachers, and students to connect in a pressure-free setting.
Spanish translation was provided by volunteer high school students, who have successfully learned English in the district’s ENL program.
