Rhame Avenue School students in Ms. Allison Gerbert's K/1 class participated in a literature-based STEM challenge with a Halloween twist.
For their assignment, they were given various materials to build a gate that could hold five little “pumpkins.” All students constructed gates that were all successful when tested. They also had a clean-up crew where each student was responsible to collect one of the materials used in the construction process.
Each student was proud of their accomplishments!
