Centre Avenue and Rhame Avenue elementary school students from the Kiwanis Kids Club and student council visited Nassau University Medical Center.
Club advisers Ms. Ashley Tener, Ms. Danielle Schaetzle, Ms. Claire Maini and Ms. Dawn McCabe led the students to the pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation floors as they brought gifts and sang carols for the patients.
Students commented how good it felt to bring some cheer to patients during the holiday season.
