Junior-Senior High School students from human development class had the wonderful opportunity to attend a field trip at the Long Island Children’s Museum in Garden City.
This was a wonderful experience for the students as they were able to see firsthand exhibits for children of all ages. They also recognized and applied what was taught in class, such as developing fine and gross motor skills. Students also saw how this museum fully supports children's social, emotional and cognitive development.
