As part of its ongoing mission to connect students with the community, the district hosted more than 20 local senior citizens for a special day of bonding. This inaugural group of honored guests were treated to a free performance of the high school’s musical production of “The Wizard of Oz.” The seniors were also treated to a dinner prepared by the school’s Family and Consumer Science class and served by National Honor Society members.
