The Centre Avenue school second grade students in Ms. Kallen Maguire's class and Mrs. Kathleen Rottkamp's class read the book “How to Catch a Snowman” and created their very own snowmen traps.

They looked at a variety of materials and crafted a step-by-step procedure for constructing their unique traps. While following these steps, some students realized they needed to adjust their plans. Once completed, they shared their traps and reflected on the process.
