Students in Ms. Jennifer Isik’s AVID classes began conducting virtual tutorials in breakout rooms using Google Meet. AVID is a college readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in college. For the tutorials, each student broke down a question from their content classes and investigated their “point of confusion.” During presentations, group members asked meaningful questions and assisted students in clarifying important information.
