Junior-Senior High School students in Mrs. Patricia Refino’s Science Research class have the opportunity to participate in CyberStart America. The National Cyber Scholarship Foundation program allows America’s future cybersecurity superstars to compete for millions of dollars in college scholarships, as a way to support cybersecurity training at the highest levels.

CyberStart’s immersive gamified learning platform can take students from zero cybersecurity knowledge to possessing the skills necessary to compete in a national-level Capture the Flag challenge in a matter of weeks. The national program aims to discover hidden cyber talents among students and identify and develop the next generation of cybersecurity experts.
