The district is bringing awareness to mental health, as a way to honor May as Mental Health Awareness Month. The message this year from National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is "You Are Not Alone.” NAMI joins the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. It's OK to not be ok. During this difficult time, the free nationwide NAMI HelpLine is here for the community. HelpLine volunteers are working to answer questions, offer support and provide practical next steps and referrals. They can be reached Monday through Friday, from 10AM-8PM at 1-800-950-NAMI (6264).

The resources and crisis hotlines on the website below provide information to address many needs and concerns.
