On Tuesday, October 11th, new teachers at East Rockaway Jr./Sr. High School met with building administrators for a “check-in”. Teachers discussed their biggest successes in the school year thus far and used an AVID discussion protocol to discuss the article “3 Ways New Teachers Can Build Confidence”.
