The Challenger Basketball team, coached by Thomas Moore, began its season with a game at Valley Stream Central High School. Students from the Skills and Achievement program participated in the game with the assistance of Mr. Moore and their classroom aides – Ms. Sheehy, Ms. Lewald, and Ms. Zeilberger. Ms. Mallor and Ms. Crowley also attended in support of their students. Overall, the students enjoyed the experience and look forward to their first home game on February 27th.
