On Friday, February 17th, East Rockaway Jr./Sr. High School students and their families had the opportunity to make connections with various representatives from employment agencies and certificate granting programs. Those in attendance included representatives from trade schools, colleges and universities, military, local unions, as well as others (see full list below).

The school community was presented critical knowledge and an understanding of the respective fields. Students also obtained information from representatives on the pathways that are available to pursue that career. The United States Army representatives provided a hands-on experience for students, where they showcased a variety of mechanisms and innovation. Students engaged in physical fitness, interacted with local and regional colleges, and spoke with members of the New York and Nassau County Police Department during the East Rockaway Jr./Sr. High School Future Fair.
