Junior-Senior High School senior A.J. Rovner stepped up to the plate at Citi Field as Junior Mets reporter and interviewed New York Mets third baseman Jonathan D. Davis on April 27, prior to the game against Milwaukee Brewers. A.J. did a phenomenal job and the interview was a homerun.
A clip of the conversation was played before the fourth inning for more than 40,000 fans. This goes hand-in-hand with A.J.’s passion for communications and journalism. He will be attending Penn State University and plans on majoring in the subject.
