Centre Avenue’s and Rhame Avenue’s fifth and sixth grade Enterprise students finished a 10-week trading competition of the Stock Market Game, where teams were able to invest fictitious $100,000 into the Stock Market and compete with other schools in region.  

As a culminating event, the students were visited by two guest speakers who work in finance. Tess Johnson and Meghan Marks both work for IHS Markit and shared information about their educational and career backgrounds, and discussed what their positions entail at IHS. 

They also had students create a brand-new company and participate in a mock sales pitch for the company. It was a wonderful and engaging learning experience for Enterprise students.
