Dear Parents and Community Members,

It is my honor and privilege to return to the East Rockaway School District as the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. I am excited and committed to Setting a Course for Excellence, where diversity is respected and where proud traditions are upheld by engaging every student in innovative and educational programs which inspires autonomous learning, ethical and globally conscious citizenship, as stated in our mission statement. We are committed to promoting excellence through equitable opportunities for all learners and providing 21st Century learning that inspires critical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The District’s webpage for Curriculum and Instruction has important information related to course offerings, district curriculum presentations, and has a wealth of valuable resources for our K-12 programs. Our curriculum programs are meant to challenge all learners and are aligned with the District’s Strategic Plan in which Connections, Innovation, Achievement and Opportunity are placed at a premium. It is our goal to continue to provide a quality education as it pertains to curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

The East Rockaway School District also remains fully dedicated to collaborating with our teachers, students, administrators, parents, and all members of school community in creating meaningful learning opportunities. We also recognize the value in creating and providing professional development opportunities that inspire growth and learning. These opportunities will enable all stakeholders to reach their greatest potential inside and outside the walls of our classrooms.

Please review the information available on this page and feel free to reach out to me at any time to discuss any questions you may have. I welcome feedback and look forward to speaking with you.

All the best for a safe, healthy, and scholarly year!
