ERHS Class of 2025 - FINAL REMINDERS!

To all Class of 2025 Students and Families:

Please take note of these reminders...

Senior Trip - Monday 6/23

    • Please arrive by 7am. The bus will be leaving promptly at 7:15
    • We are estimated to be home around 8pm.
    • Please wear your senior shirt, if you have one. Senior shirts are still available - reach out to Ms. Mantle or Ms. Conley, if you'd like one.
    • Bring money for lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks.
    • The forecast is for extreme heat. Come prepared with sunscreen, water, a change of clothes, etc.
    • Only nut free snacks are allowed on the bus.
Senior Walk Through - Wednesday 6/25
    • Permission slips are due by Monday, 6/23.
    • You can email permission slips to Ms. Mantle or Ms. Conley.
    • Please arrive at the school in your cap and gown by 9AM. 
    • We will return to the high school by 11:15AM.
Jr./Sr. Prom - Thursday 6/26
    • Please make sure that the Prom Safety Video is complete!
    • Pre-Prom at the Waterfront - arrive by 4:30pm. Proceed directly to the check-in table before lining up!
    • The prom begins at 6pm at the Coral House. Please review the prom packet for information about student behavior expectations. 
Graduation - Friday 6/27
    • All seniors MUST report to the high school at 10am on Friday morning. Breakfast will be served, followed by graduation rehearsal.
    • Graduation tickets will only be distributed to those seniors that attend. All seniors will receive 8 tickets for an outdoor ceremony and 4 tickets for an indoor ceremony.
    • Any requests for additional tickets will be handled at the end of graduation rehearsal.
    • Students must arrive for graduation no later than 6:15pm and report directly to the large gym. Students should be dressed in cap and gown and bring tassel, cords, stoles, etc. These items CANNOT be replaced if lost.
    • Student CANNOT wear shoes with pointed high heals, as these will ruin the turf. 
    • Students should leave all personal belongings with family members. No bags can be carried by students at graduation.
    • Family members should arrive no later than 6:45pm. All guests MUST have a paper ticket to be admitted.
    • Graduation will begin promptly at 7pm.
Finally, please be reminded that any student that owes a calculator, athletic equipment, an instrument, a Chromebook, a textbook, money for replacement IDs or to the cafeteria, etc. will NOT be given graduation tickets until accounts are cleared.
