Spain Trip: 2026 - 2027: ONLY 5 Spots Remaining!

Good afternoon,

This message is for all rising 11th and 12th grade families.  You may have heard that in 2026-2027 we are coordinating a trip to Spain for rising 11th and 12th grade students. We have met our enrollment requirement and are moving forward with the trip.

There are still five open spots available for any additional students that may have missed the original invitation or enrollment period.

Attached to this post is the slides from the PPT presentation.  The major points are as follows:

• Please keep in mind, this is not a school sponsored trip.  The school is acting as a liaison between a private business, EF Tours, and families in the community to offer this opportunity.
• All financial concerns are to be handled through EF Tours, the school is not involved.
• The current cost for the trip is $3,979.  This price is good until June 1st.  After that, the price increases by a minimum of $200 as per EF Tours pricing.
• Everything included in that cost is listed on the attached slides.
• Transportation to and from NY airports, passport fees, excess luggage fees, tips for tour guide and driver, snacks, LUNCH, and spending money are NOT INCLUDED.
• Payment options are available through EF Tours
• The school will send two chaperones per 6 students that attend
• The school requires a minimum of 15 students to participate in the trip in order to move forward, as we MUST have at least two chaperones attend
• EF Tours requires a $95 deposit to enroll
• Once fully enrolled, the $95 is non-refundable
• If the trip is cancelled, EF Tours has a cancellation policy and there is an additional $300 fee to cancel
