Replacement Student ID

Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

As we approach the start of the new school year, please be reminded that all students are required to have their school-issued ID and lanyard on the first day of school. Student IDs and school-branded lanyards are an important part of maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.

If your child’s ID and/or lanyard was lost over the summer, you may order a replacement by completing the ID Replacement Request Form linked below

*Please note, there is a cost to replace lost or damaged IDs and/or lanyards.  Replacement IDs are $5.  Replacement lanyards are $3.  Payment can be made by cash (sealed envelope with exact amount and student name), check, or via MySchoolBucks.

Replacement IDs may be obtained from Dr. Krauz's office during the times listed below:

Replacement ID/Lanyard Pick-Up
📅 Dates: Thursday, August 27th (1 - 3 PM)
                   Friday, August 28th (9 - 11 AM)
📍 Location: East Rockaway Jr./Sr. High School – Assistant Principal (Dr. Krauz's Office)

We strongly encourage students to take care of this prior to the first day of school to ensure a smooth start to the year.
