The celebration began on Friday with a pep rally on the football field, where excitement was high as Coach Fred emceed the event. Then school’s sports teams were introduced to thunderous applause, and student-athletes participated in spirited events like a relay race and tug of war. The rally also served as the moment the homecoming court was revealed, with Alexis Butler crowned Homecoming Queen and Hudson Arnold named Homecoming King. Matt Bonney and Zoe Cerna were crowned Prince and Princess, while Mrs. Refino and Mr. Valentino took home the titles of Staff Queen and King. The cheerleaders energized the crowd with a performance that set the tone for the weekend’s events.
