The East Rockaway Mathematics Department is participating in the Texas Instruments Calculator Loan Program. As a result, students in Ms. Cordaro’s Math 7 class are preparing for Algebra I by learning the Ti-84 graphing calculator. These calculators are versatile tools that allow students to visualize and explore mathematical concepts in new and engaging ways. It will enable students to visualize functions, construct graphs and tables, solve complex equations and interpret data.
