Students in Ms. Pisano’s Culinary 2 class got creative and competitive in the kitchen as they took part in the Food Truck Competition.

Each team had to not only cook up a culinary creation that would wow the judges, but they also needed to design a menu and graphic using Canva that was a cohesive fit with their recipe.

On the menu for the competition was…

* Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie
* Chocolate Chip Waffle with ice cream
* Pretzels with three sauces
* Easy Cheesy Grilled Cheesy (with mac + cheese, BBQ sauce and Doritos)

The scoring was close, but in the end Team Pretzel came out on top!

Overall, the team of judges loved all the delicacies and can’t wait til the Cupcake Competition coming soon.
