On May 19, our 6th graders attended the annual Nassau County Police Department Student Day. Students had an opportunity to learn and interact with hands on exhibits, including the Police Museum, Bomb Squad, Bureau of Special Operations, Mounted Unit, Highway Patrol Bureau, Motorcycle Platoon, Police Academy, Emergency Services Bureau, Canine Unit, Traffic Safety, Crime Scene Search, Aviation and Marine Bureaus, Ambulance Bureau and more.
